Menounos was actively caring for Maria's mother, who underwent chemotherapy as well as radiation. Mariah Carey has been an American actor, singer, producer and owner of a record label since the 1980s. Guinness World Records has dubbed her "The Songbird Supreme". Her fame is based on the songwriting she does as well as her 5-octave vocal range and the use of the whistle.
